🚗 Arrival Instructions and Parking Information 🚗 To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, please follow the arrival instructions below: Upon arrival, please park your vehicle in the free parking garage across the street. Once parked, make your way to our comfortable lobby. Katherine will come to the lobby to assist you as soon as she's ready. Important Policy Reminder Please note the following policies regarding your appointment: Deposit Requirement (New Clients Only): A deposit is required within one hour of booking your appointment. This applies exclusively to new clients. Exemptions: Existing/returning clients and those referred by our valued clients are exempt from the deposit requirement. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. No Refund Policy: All deposits and services are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to the appointment before making any payment.
