Important Policy Reminder Please note the following policies regarding your appointment: Deposit Requirement (New Clients Only): A deposit is required within one hour of booking your appointment. This applies exclusively to new clients. Exemptions: Existing/returning clients and those referred by our valued clients are exempt from the deposit requirement. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. No Refund Policy: All deposits and services are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to the appointment before making any payment.
