Once parked, make your way to our comfortable lobby. Katherine will come to the lobby to assist you as soon as she's ready. Important Policy Reminder Please note the following policies regarding your appointment: Deposit Requirement (New Clients Only): A deposit is required within one hour of booking your appointment. This applies exclusively to new clients. Exemptions: Existing/returning clients and those referred by our valued clients are exempt from the deposit requirement. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
