Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. 2. Late Policy: We understand that life happens, but in order to maintain our schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A $10 fee will be applied to all late appointments and this will be canceled at 10 min mark. No Guest Policy: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we do not allow guests to accompany you during your appointment. Please note that we have a strict no refund policy.
